Best gym in the area if you want to go workout with other people that like to workout. I felt there was a grungy raw feel, perfect for wanting to get strong. Tons of equipment of the same types so you will never be waiting to use anything. Love the ability to come here when traveling without any of the membership hassles.
My kids and I go there every day. Staff is friendly, love the location and the equipments are up to date
It's got a lot of awesome equipment, the staff is really nice, and the week pass was very affordable. The only negative would be it's apparent no one's really taking care of it - the weight stickers have worn off a lot of the machines so you don't know how much you're lifting, there are piles of random equipment everywhere, plates in random spots without a lot of thought or organization.
