I’ve spent a lot of money here and the scheduling has been a nightmare. Ive driven 30 minutes several times and have had multiple disappointments not getting my procedures I’ve paid and scheduled for.
They overcharge for saline. I went in for botox only and of course they tried to upsell fillers and much more expensive options. After letting me know how busted up my face is, I guess they were upset that I didn't want to pay $4k to fix myself. They went ahead with the botox only. I usually only need 30 units. If I could rate this place a 0, I wouldn’t even rate it that high. This place has been the biggest mistake of money spent in my entire life. This place is ran by con artists. The guy manager took my phone and signed me up for what he explained was a monthly subscription. What he actually did was sign me up for a $2600 loan which he never stated. I went in because I saw a special for toning the arms, I was scammed never discussed what I went in for. Offered me a deal to good to pass talked me in to a loan then backed out of surgery and I am told I still have to spend another1400.00 and I requested the owner who scammed me call me and I am still waiting for call.
