Don't make people and their husbands take off of work, wait an hour, then have your assistant tell them you had to go preform surgery. Consider booking less appointments in a day, so that you are not already behind when you have to go perform surgery. I was already questioning Ascension's practices/abilities and this confirmed for me that I will no longer use your hospital for my surgical needs, emergencies only.
