Never answers phone calls or never returns calls. They also don’t send in prescriptions on time.
We went here for several years before the care and service went downhill. Severe lack of care and communication. Nurse practioner only likes to hear herself speak, not the patient. Did not order the tests that were needed for my mom or communicate with her cardiologist before switching meds. My mom is now having to switch also.
Wont take you if you don't have a referral from a “primary care doctor” because apparently being rushed to the ER for seizures isn't a big enough deal to get an appointment with Dr. Acob. I wouldn't even bother here, they care more about treating migraines than seeing stroke/seizure patients and essentially tell you to “find a doctor” when you tell them you were referred by the ER.
