ATI Security did a perfect job in reprogramming my DSC Powerseries home security system after it had become corrupted and failed to correctly sense zones and call out. The technician was very thorough and professional and made it all work like new again. They provided this great service even though they did not install or monitor my security system. I am grateful they were available.

Do not use this unethical service. If you do make sure they give you the surrender code to your system. I cancelled my account and they refused to give the code to the new company. Industry standard is this info is shared with proper authorization. Maybe cheaper but there are MUCH better options. Owners didn’t care and would not help with this situation. Yes…I did cuss them out.
ATI is our gate service company. Troy has been outstanding, and service is great.
