The workers were not professionals. They never protected my rugs and did not cover my furniture. When I complained about my furniture not be covered, they covered one section and sent me a picture. There were white paint specks on all my furniture, kitchen, bathroom floors, TV and exercise bike. There were big spots of paint on my bathroom vanity, bedroom dresser and dining room cabinet. I had an issue with my roof leaking into a bedroom. My insurance agent sent out ATI for the cleanup and I had the option to use them for repairs. I opted to use them for the repairs and was very pleased. My project manager Tom Clark was more than helpful. The contractor Walter and his crew were just amazing. I’m so happy with the work they did.
