Hiring ATI Restoration LLC /Mark 1 Restoration Service was one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. They were sent by my insurance company to provide an estimate for damages. I assumed they were qualified and went ahead with them. Big mistake. They used third-party workers who didn’t seem trained enough, and there was constant confusion.
