Didn’t take damage pictures before they started the drying process then sends a guy out to take pictures that gentleman tells me they coming back the next day he tells me manager says Monday then the insurance adjuster that never showed up denies me. Very unethical experience.
Very large group, equipped to manage any situation.
If your insurance assigns ATI, push back. You’ll end up managing the project yourself. They don’t communicate and quality control is not a priority.
Ariel is an awesome technician, will, my apartment was flooded and I was in distress. Ariel assured me that everything was be OK. You’re so awesome thank you.
