Matt Benson of ATI lived up to their motto in that he was responsible for my being able to recover from a hurricane disaster. He became the project manager a bit late in the process but was responsive, professional and knowledgeable; a pleasure to work with! Thanks Matt for all your help.

ATI has been amazing! I had some water damage in my home from a plumbing issue. Jacob and Jonathan did a great job. Jacob had to come out for several times and always called ahead and showed up on time. He answered all of my questions and explained the whole process for me step by step. Jonathan banks and Jacob Livingston where such great gentleman and did a very well with the remediation and mitigation process. They were also very kind men with great integrity. They also left my house smelling clean and looking nice
The project manager, Pete and his team project designer and foreman were very attentive and extremely enthusiastic with their intent to work up and recapture every details that Pete wrote up, from the details of the Insurance field adjustor's inspection, they spent ample time walking us through everything that we were entitled to have, in order, to recapture what was needed to be restored from our flood loss claim, We felt things were really looking up and we felt very good about the mitigating process and felt our first exp... read more
