If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only did the Project Manager Gerald never contact me regarding the project he was assigned to my Category 3 house still has water in the ceiling and walls no power down stairs ruined floor and ceiling. I was recommended to ATI through USAA. USAA is a great company that looks out for veterans. I am sure if USAA knew this company was ripping off retired disabled veterans who served 21 years fighting for Freedom they would stop using this company. I will say in the beginning customer was great. I had some challenges that caused to put a halt on the project but that shouldn’t have mattered because my project was small. Gave an offensively low quote to our insurance company that would not remotely cover half of the job needed to put our bathroom and closet back. This is despite them walking the job with my contractor who is also a licensed Allstate contractor. Wouldn’t surprise me if Allstate is paying them to rip off homeowners. Unethical, they do not seem to know what they are doing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a job properly done.
