ATI managed the repair of my kitchen ceiling after a a sink leak from the unit above. Russell Barrett was the on-site service tech. He was very conscientious and thorough. Kudos to him for having to work alone for several days without any complaints at all and completing the job quickly. The Supervisor Mamadou Leigh was also very accommodating and handled the job well.
Eddie from ATI was great— he worked hard fixing our floor and was very professional! Also want to give a shout out to PM Mamadou for managing the process so well, great communicator and very flexible!
I would highly recommend ATI Restoration because of the integrity and knowledge/skill of their employees. Caleb Parrotte came by my house as I was seeking a second quote on a water mitigation and mold remediation job. Because of his integrity and knowledge, I avoided having to tear down my wall and take on a big project when I didn’t have to.
