Staff is great to work with
I have learned a lot about how to be more proactive in my physical health in order to live a safe and independent life free from severe joint pain.
Where some folks might benefit from treatment, mine was not effective. I was not going to spend money for numerous visits that take weeks and weeks to “maybe” fix my issue. I was given exercises that worked a different part of my body, that was “supposed” to help the part that was hurting. At no time did the therapist come up with a diagnosis of my pain. At no time did the therapist put hands on the area that hurt, so I was not confident he knew what he was doing to help me.
Sam was amazing.. very helpful and I left there for the first time totally understanding how and why these exercises ..and proper cane usage ..are to be done and why!! Hope Sam is on my rotation again
