The physical treatment is good but the financial office needs a major adjustment. Seems to me that they are new to the VA insurance. What a nightmare.
Everyone is friendly and fun, but professional and knowledgeable! And the therapy has been helpful. Highly recommended!

My dayghter is in TEARS!Horrible! My daughter has been waiting fur weeks and weeks to get to her evaluation appointment. She finally has one scheduled and then the PT person calls in sick. Apparently they use a call center to schedule,( which of course is shitty right of the bat), then the gets to her so she arrives at her appointment today, and they do not have her on the schedule. The find her scheduled at a different location , so not only is she in pain but now has to drive further. Then she finds out she is scheduled on... read more
You have had no problems with the therapy. It’s been helping a lot. I had therapy yesterday and today my arm feels the best. It’s felt in about three weeks. So we’ll see what tomorrow brings. Thank you.
