Friendly and helpful
My back was hurting so bad I could hardly move. I didn’t really think the stretching that my PT at ATI would make a difference but to my surprise when i left I could walk without my cane. Also all of the staff Wes extremely nice.
On top of freiendly staff. Contrary to what I have seen at other PT places, the manual work they do in the beginning is extensive and very beneficial. Ian at this ATI location fixed what the urgent care and my primary care identified as a neck issue needing xray and MRI. He figured out where the pull on the neck was actually coming from. It could have been a long dark rabbit hole that he addressed with his experience, care, and magic!
