Everyone is Friendly and professional, no Complaints
I cannot recommend ATI, and especially the clinical director, Kat, highly enough. I was lucky enough to have Kat as my physical therapist for 3 months, during a very challenging time in my life. I was newly in a wheelchair and unsure if I'd ever walk again. With Kat's encouragement, knowledge and help, I was able to walk again! Kat is compassionate, creative, kind, informative and fun. This place is completely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 5 and showed up 15 minutes early as requested to fill out forms which I didn't need to since I filled them out online. Then I didnt get seen until 40 minutes after 5. The whole time I was there they kept making comments to eachother about how they made errors in peoples charts. Then when I requested they transfer me to a different loacation they said they would take care of it and discharged me. Causing me to have to get a new referral and obviously go somewher... read more
