Terrible billing department. They send me a bill saying I owed 3 payments from December which I have proof were paid. When I call they said they applied my December payments to September but nothing reflects that in the bill and they're just expecting me to know that and pay the outstanding balance. Previous 3 months of statements showed a zero balance. Customer service was terrible when trying to resolve and I'm switching to someone better. Their online rating is 1.6 which should tell you all you need to know about ATI.

I have called their billing department TWICE and received no help. First person told me to wait for all charges to go through insurance and gave me no insight into what I was already billed. Second person was rude, telling me the math is right with very little explanation. I finally got an itemized list of charges, and the math still does not add up the way either associate explained it. I am extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy’s handling of patient medical records. When I contacted the specific ATI location where I actually received treatment, I was told that my medical records would be emailed to me. That never happened. After waiting several days, I called the location again and was then told that they cannot provide records directly and that I must call an 800 number. I thought I was supporting a local company since ATI is based in Downers Grove, but this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I used the ATI at 425 W Palatine Rd in Hoffman Estates. The physical therapists are nice, but they’re clearly overbooked — my PT was juggling two or three patients per hour, charting and doing treatments at the same time.
