I thought I was supporting a local company since ATI is based in Downers Grove, but this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I used the ATI at 425 W Palatine Rd in Hoffman Estates. The physical therapists are nice, but they’re clearly overbooked — my PT was juggling two or three patients per hour, charting and doing treatments at the same time. All the negative reviews are true. ATI has a long history of incorrectly processing claims and overcharging patients. DO NOT TRUST this place.
September 9, 2025 at Schaumburg clinic 2562 west Schaumburg Rd. Appointment at 8:00am arrived at 8:01am entered stood at desk noticed 4-5 workers and 3 customers one worker was actually working with a client the others were talking and working on their laptop computer's after about 3 minutes one finally says are you Will I said yes she stated have a seat someone will be with you. Rotten company. They can't tell you their prices in advance. How can you not know how much your services cost? Then they send you bills that they can't explain. They also pretend that I visited them on a day when I was in another state or it was a day off for the company itself.
Staff are great but I cancelled all my future visits because of your phone answering system. Horror!!!!
