Do not go to ATI,,,, if you have a complaint, no one will take your call, i’ve been trying to reach them for three days now must’ve called them 15 to 16 times been on hold for hours and still nothing. I had a complaint that one of their managers called my adjuster and complain that I was being uncooperative and I wouldn’t do the exercises he was telling me to do. My therapists were great but their admin and customer service is the worst i've experienced. Overseas....everything is overseas. Billing is handled by a 3rd party who can't help with over billings or billing issues. HORRIBLE OFFICE ADMIN. Again the therapists helped tremendously but the office put me on self pay without my authorization and i cannot get anyone to correct their mistakes. It takes days to get any response from their customer service and they just keep repeating the same script....so buyer beware.
I went to their location on Brook Forest Ave. in Shorewood, IL for a handful of visits and then decided to stop treatments due to poor communications from staff to me. Now, 3-4 months later, ATI sent me a text saying I have an open balance. I was set up for automatic pay so my credit card was hit up the moment I checked in for a session. Complete BS!! If i ever need physical therapy, I WILL NOT go back to ATI. STAY AWAY!!!
The local ATI site TOTALLY botched up my billing. I've paid my copay of $50 for 14 visits ($700 total) but they continue to send me bills telling me I have a balance due. I've contacted the billing department/patient advocates about 2 dozen times and even after they told me my account is paid in full, they send me more notifications that I have a balance due.
