ATI has a horrible billing department. After about 5 visits the insurance company covered all of the services I received, or so I thought. I never received a statement online or in the mail. Today I received an email from a collections company, ATI turned the $89.00 bill over to them. We have never in our lives been sent a collections notice, i was mortified. Favorite ATI location by far. The staff are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable but also welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that they truly try to get to know all of their patients and do the best work they possibly can.
