ATI has a horrible billing department. After about 5 visits the insurance company covered all of the services I received, or so I thought. I never received a statement online or in the mail. Today I received an email from a collections company, ATI turned the $89.00 bill over to them. We have never in our lives been sent a collections notice, i was mortified. I called ATI and was placed on hold for 45 minutes just to be told that was their policy and they had sent statements to our email address. Evidently they went into spa... read more

Favorite ATI location by far. The staff are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable but also welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that they truly try to get to know all of their patients and do the best work they possibly can.Â
