Professional but caring ,very friendly
ATI is very professional, organized and clean. They have been very gentle on me and I am thankful for that.
I brought my husband here. Due to a prolonged illness, he's lost a lot of muscle mass and strength in the past few weeks. It was the hope to get him instruction on the best movements to regain that mobility. The tech was knowledgeable and patient, but was unable to fully help him as he was too weak. He did not offer to do any kind of muscle rub or relaxation.
It was really great. The attention, the experience staff, and the continual flow of exercises on my program, I was never sitting and just waiting for the next exercise. Everyone had laptops or iPad and my history n exercise format was available for all the instructors, so as soon as I was finished with one exercise, (and my instructor was tied up with someone else), another instructor would be there and take over. I enjoyed the expertise and environment. Thank you!
