My experience was very positive.
I really liked having my physical therapy at ATI in Saugus. Enrique and Matt were super helpful in helping me get my strength back from my hip replacement. They never rushed me and always iced afterwards. In my experience with other places they didn’t do this. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
Each time I was there I had a different therapist. I didn’t feel like there were enough therapists for patients.
Do not use ATI casa Grande AZ site for they are understaffed and you end up having to do your own therapy. Since they are understaffed they cancel your appointments. Claiming that you the patient must have changed the appointment. When presented proof that you had an appointment the state, “we dont care what your appointment schedule states.” That tells someone they do not care about your care. Go to this site only if you want to do your own care under very minimal supervision. Find a better PT place in Casa Grande.
