I got there with a condition on my neck which was caused by a continued headache which wakes me up in the middle of night. My neck hurts and my back feels really sore. So far, I have been satisfy with Enrique my therapist. He made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in. He is very attentive and helpful! He had showed me many exercises that I would need to feel better. Thanks to his professionalism I can say that I am able to sleep better now.

Broke my ankle back in September and recently started physical therapy at ATI and it has been a great experience! The staff is very outgoing and you can tell they care about their patients progress very much! My therapist Matt has been exceptional and has made me feel very confident in his ability to help me get back to my normal mobility again!
This place seems very rushed , they do not wipe down or sanitize any equipment at all I was there for about 15 sessions and thats what I saw. They just leave you to do a workout and dont care about proper form they are not really quite focused on individuals. Carter was actually a very good person to work with but since he left I had to go too because as a patient I really feel like they don’t care what so ever and its Im not from saugus so i dont like the small town banter keep this shit professional
