I have been coming here for a couple of weeks now to recover from a back injury. All of the therapists and other staff have been wonderful! Very kind and encouraging, the vibes in here are always good. :)
Beware of getting your PT here. I was charged inaccurate fees on my bill. Disputing their fees requires calling their billing department which is a nightmare of waiting on hold. I was then told I would be escalated to their escalations team in 3-5 business days. The escalation team never contacted me back and then they sent the bill to collections. Absolutely awful experience and do not recommend to anyone.
Wonderful teamwork and everyone has a positive attitude with excellent professional support to help their clients! Thanks for helping me get better. Greatly appreciated.
