They need to be more transparent on how they charge for each session. Just got bill and nothing makes sense. When I started therapy I asked them but no one cleared on how each unit will be charged. Did same thing on my own as told on daily basis. Staff is great but they need to be more transparent on how they charged customers. Went for 2 session was told i need more and now $800 I have to pay.
