Kayla is the best physical therapist I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, empathetic and is careful to make sure she is challenging you but not overdoing it or causing you set backs in recovery. I am a mom of 3 little boys and very active (P90X fitness routine, hiking, biking, etc) and due to hip pain was unable to do any of those activities and could barely care for my family let alone play and have fun with my boys.
