Horrible treatment at the Duncanville clinic. They need to make sure to sanitize and wipe down equipment, gadgets, etc. after each client uses them. I had to request that they sanitize the equipment last week. They’re rude and not compassionate. Never felt comfortable there. The Director and staff need serious customer service training. I made a verbal complaint to corporate office and I will not be returning.I wish I could give 0 stars.

I am new to ATI , Summer is extremely patient and caring. She pays close attention to your needs. Even when she’s assisting someone else she still asks if you’re ok. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They are very much concerned about your health and well being.
They work really well with me. I’m very happy with them and pleased. I feel like I’m getting a little bit stronger in my arms.
