Never been to PT. I was a skeptic. But in 3 weeks of showing up & doing my homework the hip pain reduced dramatically. It's so much better I imagine it will be gone in a few more visits. In my case the issue was an inflamed bursa. I'm not sure that PT helps much with bone on situations.
