Lauren was exceptional in providing thorough information and ensuring my care was a priority. However, I had high expectations based on a comment from my physician suggesting a more permanent metal splint would be made—possibly powder-coated to better match skin tone. While those expectations may have been a bit ambitious, the reality was a custom-formed black material splint. After the second day of use, it has proven effective, but can’t get past expectations.
Lauren is a very capable and professional physical therapist. She understands the challenges that can hinder one's focus trying to stay on track. Her aim is to help you maintain steady progress without being too hard on yourself.
