Lauren was exceptional in providing thorough information and ensuring my care was a priority. However, I had high expectations based on a comment from my physician suggesting a more permanent metal splint would be made—possibly powder-coated to better match skin tone. While those expectations may have been a bit ambitious, the reality was a custom-formed black material splint. After the second day of use, it has proven effective, but can’t get past expectations.
