The PTs at ATI work with two patients at a time, give exercises I could find online, and don’t watch you do the exercises so the patient could be doing them wrong or get hurt while doing them. Not worth my time or money. I have canceled all my future appointments.
Insurance fraud. They filed a claim with my insurance and got paid for an appointment that never existed. 2026 edit: despite getting confirmation that my account was deactivated and all my appointments were cancelled, they sent me a link to some kind of portal and did not disclose what the portal was for and that logging in to the portal incurred an expense as "teletherapy".
