TLDR - 3 appointments resulted in $1200 of charges to insurance resulting in me owing $725 for non private appointments. Beware of shady billing. They will start sending you emails about automatic payments right away with no statement. You *will* owe extra money on top of your $45 co-pay with no explanation. You *will* be making a phone call to billing support. Patient portal shows nothing, phone support will try to get you to review your insurance explanation of benefits and talk about deductibles.
