THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE THERAPIST WHO WAS OUTSTANDING. The administration of the company is beyond awful. They don't have any one who can help from a billing perspective at any of the locations. The administrative billing team is outsourced and is completely useless over the phone. I was provided wrong information about insurance coverage upfront which whether or not is my responsibility I've never had any issue with at any of the other physical therapy places have been to. This was my third Physical Therapy experience. First one was horrible. I suffered through it and declined further treatment. Second was ATI Troy, third was ATI Troy. Everything about ATI Troy was fabulous. Both times. Kristyn, Erica, Beth, Dawson, Bob, Batool, and Julie work so well as a team it is amazing. They demonstrate how an exercise is to be done, and then leave you alone to do it. When they see imperfection, they magically appear and suggest or reshow the right way. Desaree was extremely positive and helpful in recovering full mobility in my left wrist and arm. Highly recommend for any arm based injuries requiring physical therapy.
Desaree’ and Nick are amazing! As soon as I stepped into the door I was offered the warmest welcome. I almost feel like they’re family at this point. I’ve never been in physical therapy until now and now I’m sad about my last day approaching. My hand and spirit has therapy when I come here.
