I am now pain free with all the targeted exercises you showed me. If anyone is dealing with pain I highly recommend ATI physical therapy at Hoffman estates on palatine road.
Ketki and Ashley are knowledgeable and professional while treating my hip bursitis. I also had dry needling done to my hip which eased my pain. I highly recommend ATI Hoffman Estates.
So far so good with ATI! Though I've been with them for a week, I've felt there has been a difference in my leg strength after my recent surgeries. I'm looking forward to what we'll accomplish getting me back to my normal, active self
