Could feel a change after the first week...it's those muscles you don't use everyday that they find and help you work out...
Good, but not great. 1st time I went was very great. There was somebody there waiting to take down all my information. The second time was not great. She was late and gave me what I needed to get started. Showed me how to use it and then spent most of the time getting the place ready for other people coming in. She did spend a little more time with me. Maybe that was to make up for being late.
