Extremely great place with great physical therapist and management. The facility is clean. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I’d I give them a 5 but the corporation screwed up by temporarily shutting down this facility. Your Frankfort facility is a dump compared toe both of the New Lenox facilities. Your PTs and management are not to blame just corporate.
Outstanding service from everyone! I worked one and one with Jon. He was so thorough, informative and caring. I left therapy each time confident in my improvements.
I started my therapy at the Laraway NL location and finished it up at the Frankfort location. I had to transition to the other location due to the closing of the NL location. The transition was seamless and so easy to continue my therapy at the new location. Between Bridget organizing the new appointments to Jon making sure I was comfortable with the new location, the entire staff went above and beyond. Jon was simply amazing!
