Reached out to schedule a PT appointment for my high school athlete with PT Lisa based out of ATI Abessinio Stadium at the recommendation of a respected athletic trainer. During the initial scheduling phone call, I reached a "Faye" at ATI and the call was impossible at every step of the conversation. After we got through a (painful) discussion about ATI might accept Cigna but not Cigna HealthSpring, I had to explain to her that the plan she was referencing was a Medicare Advantage plan (for senior citizens). ATI PT at Rocco Way (on Salesianum site) has convenient hours for the working person. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable My PT Lisa has been amazing! Worth a visit if needed.
