Reached out to schedule a PT appointment for my high school athlete with PT Lisa based out of ATI Abessinio Stadium at the recommendation of a respected athletic trainer. During the initial scheduling phone call, I reached a "Faye" at ATI and the call was impossible at every step of the conversation. After we got through a (painful) discussion about ATI might accept Cigna but not Cigna HealthSpring, I had to explain to her that the plan she was referencing was a Medicare Advantage plan (for senior citizens).
