The therapist I saw the day after my surgery did an excellent job showing me the exercises I need to perform and provided detailed instructions, which I have been following at home with good progress. At the follow-up visit, however, the session largely repeated the same exercises that I had already been doing independently. Frank Hoover was one of the kindest PT's I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Having had 2 ACL repairs in the past I've been paired with a variety of therapists but none so understanding and advocating as Frank was in just my first visit. Madison and Sara are great!
The therapist are very concerned with helping me to improve my balance and my step lengths when walking. My balance and steps are much improved. They also provided me with a plan for home exercises to continue to improve my balance and walking.
