Bright, happy, and helpful when you walk in the door being greeted. Education on what exercise is best for my condition & how it works to achieve desired results. No stress, no pushing beyond to painful. Positive feedback. Encourage using their app for home exercises. I would recommend to family & friends. It is an added perk that they are located close to home for me.
