Very disappointing experience. ATI Physical Therapy quoted one rate upfront, but after treatment, the charges submitted to my insurance and my out-of-pocket costs were much higher than expected. I felt lured in with lower estimates only to be surprised with expensive bills later. There was very little transparency about the actual cost of treatment, and I wish I had received clear, written information before starting. My experience with the Physical Therapy professionals at ATI has been great, they know what they are doing and have helped me a lot. Great facility, top notch equipment, everything very clean and neat and everyone is very friendly.
