honestly i was dreading going to physical therapy but this place made it so much better. they actually listen and dont just rush you through exercises, which i really appreciated. the therapist really took the time to explain what was going on with my knee and why we were doing each thing. already feeling way better after just a few sessions, definitely going back if i need to.
