This team marks what healthcare is meant to be but yet has been lost in so many places/organizations across the nation. From the intake call through the scheduling process, the paperwork, and the patient experience, it truly is a 5 star experience, in which I have coached 100’s on in a healthcare setting for years. Susan and her people was -no- is GREAT, I brought my in for her injuries from a car accident and they went right to work and made her so comfortable that she didn't complain not one time,but the capper for me was the next time i brought my mom i had just had surgery and was in some pain they gave me a place to lay down and a pillow for my and my feet. Absolutely great.
This place is very professional, Susan took the time to explain and answer all my questions and why each routine was necessary for my recovery.
