A-1 staff. So caring and professional.
Good experience, exercises were tailored to help strengthen my knee. But my last appt was pretty much not supervised which was not optimal—hard to remember all the exercises by myself—my 4th appt should have been as good as my 1st.
Back for a third time and everyone remembers me and treats me like family! They excel at pushing me just enough for quick healing without going too far.
I’ve done PT at a couple of large medical systems and find ATI to be far and above. The sessions are very thorough including doing exercises and 1:1 table work both lasting much longer than the ‘systems’. The Naperville location is super efficient and personal. Especially PTA Daisy. She pushes you to do more than you think you can, and then you can. I am now almost done with my 3rd issue over a few years and know where to come back if needed again.
