It is going well but not effective for me
I have never had physical therapy before. The people that I have worked with are very nice and enthusiastic. They help me with my therapy and recovery. They have help me to understand the correct way to move to strengthen the muscles that will help to eleviate pain in my knees.
So far I am enjoying my therapy at ATI. Kim is very helpful and kind. She always demonstrates what I need to do beforehand and I appreciate that. Everyone there has shown me kindness and they make the time go by with their jokes and conversations.
