Everyone at the establishment is very respectful. They are also very professional and make sure that the appointment starts on time. The team is very mindful of my individual needs and checks in with me constantly during my visits to make sure I’m OK. Although I wish I didn’t have to do PT. I’m glad that I have this team to support me during my recovery.
Staff members are very professional, take time to explain each procedure, and are dedicated to instructing clients in each step of the therapeutic procedures. Will refer a colleague to this clinic.
ATI update on my Knee Replacement 9156 Rothbury Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20886 The front desk associate, Neil, and Ivan, Alexandria all deserve to be recognized at this location. This makes my first month of Physical Therapy from having my right knee replacement on February 5th 2025 which will be the 3rd one on the same knee due to the the other one’s that failed. I am so grateful for the level of care I have received and progress towards my rehabilitation. Keep up the excellent work team your the best.
Have been attempting for a year with over 20 calls to get my medical records. Have even paid to get them and still havent gotten them. Legitimatley horrible customer service. Theyre messing up my credit because they wont give me my medical records
My experience the first day was very pleasant and beneficial with Mr. Ivan, unfortunately the second time was with someone else and I did not feel comfortable because he was attending to another person at the same time and I did not know if I should ask her or myself, in the end it was another person who ended up telling me what to do, that is why I did not return, that is why I do not give them 5 stars.
