While the service provided was above par, I received a bill for over $4000.00 for dates I know I wasn't there. All their records say I was there, including a sign in sheet log. But I can tell you, hand to God Almighty, that there was no way I was there. A number of factors give me absolute confidence in saying this. My brother in law died and I was out of benefits with Medicare and my Medigap. I do not know why they have those records but I was not there. After I posted this review I was allowed to come back. And although my insurance ran out you all put me on a low cost payment plan. I THANK you so much for that When I first started I couldnt move my left arm at all and was in unbearable pain 24/7 . Im 90 percent much better Your staff do run a Very clean facility and they stay on top of having everything santizied.
