The entire ATI Melrose Ma staff is professional, friendly and helpful. ATI went above and beyond to get me my first evaluation appointment. PT Ben asked questions and listened to my specific needs. Ben then worked with me to create a custom PT plan and he explained everything. Feeling better every week. I highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy.
Great place — my therapist (Deepik) is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She listens to me about my physical limitations and modified the exercises so that I’m not in pain. Very pleased with my experience here — often PT causes me more pain because therapists don’t take into account my physical limitations (eg abnormal hip joint bone placement) but Deepik has been wonderful and hasn’t made me feel like a failure because I can’t perform an exercise due to limitations. Highly recommend this place.

Facility very clean and well appointed. Staff are very professional and friendly.
They are fantastic. I had physical therapy in rehab for my broken leg. It was for 20 minutes and not that good. Everyone in the room got the same exercises with a few exceptions. Then I had PT at my home. It was for 20 minutes. He barely showed up. Then when I could drive I went here. They are so friendly and nice. If you finish an exercise and primary therapist with another patient another PT will come over and keep work out going. They are very thoughtful about the exercises.
