I am writing this review because what happened to my mother at ATI in Grayslake, IL was completely unacceptable and absolutely needs to be addressed. My mother has been doing physical therapy here after her foot surgery, and the way she has been treated especially by Michelle, one of the physical therapy assistants, has been degrading, disrespectful, and outright dehumanizing.
