The billing department refused to bill my mother’s insurance and is charging her privately! She was told by her insurance company AND by this office the were a participating provider at the time of her first visit (12/17/25) yet ended that participation changed on 1/1/26 … after billing her $113.00 for the ONE TREATMENT she questioned them and they said they changed their computer system to show non-participating on the day of her treatment and couldn’t reverse it!! I have a complaint with the billing. I checked with my insurance and with ATI BEFORE I scheduled the appointment and was told they are participating with my insurance. In fact on ATI web page my insurance company is listed as participating. So I had my first visit on December 17, 2025. When I came in for my second visit they said we changed you to self pay because we actually don't participate with your insurance! I left without being seen again.
