I HAD A STROKE IN JULY, AND THEY TOOK VEERY GOOD CARE OF ME. THEY MADE SURE I WAS READY FOR THE NEXT STEP..EVERY STEP OF THE WAY ,, I LOOKED FORWARD TO GO THERE ON MY SCHEDULED DAYS.. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. IF I EVER HAVE TO DO THERAPY AGAIN. I HOPE EVRY ONE THAT WORKS THERE WILL BE THERE FOR ME IN THE FUTURE... THANK YOU EVERYONE AT ATI IN KENT WASHINGTON..

Very great place! Very accommodating! Very friendly! Very helpful! it took me a long time to get better with my problem, but I am back to my normal life and my garden. Thank you, Mike and Laksman very much!!!

I AM AN 89 YR OLD FEMALE WHO HAS BEEN WORKING WITH "ATI" FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. MY THERAPY HAS BEEN MAINLY WITH PAUL RAGUCCI, PT; PAUL APPEARS TO HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BOTH YOUNG & OLD AND , FROM MY EXPERIENCE, HAS DONE A GREAT JOB! I ESPECIALLY AM GRATEFUL THAT HE WAS NOT AFRAID TO CONTINUE TO TRY TO MOVE ME UP THE LADDER IN MY THERAPY ACCORDING TO MY ABILITY. HE WAS VERY WATCHFUL, EVEN WHEN HE WAS WORKING WITH OTHERS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY. Not only will you have no idea what the title of any of the workers are and the work outs are so basic you can google search all of them in 2 mins (not kidding, I found them all on 1 sight for free) but they will tell you that you are "completely covered, you owe us nothing" then months later you will receive a bill saying otherwise. wouldn't be as bad if its caught right away but they charge your insurance $500 per visit in pending groups so you will receive an insane bill (mine ... read more

Therapists were professional, friendly and obviously knew how to approach my problem and understood how to get to the pain I was experiencing and eliminated it within a couple of months. Jess, the therapist I spent most of my time with was very thorough in explaining exercises and procedures and what they were intended to accomplish. I left with an exercise plan and bands to continue to keep my accomplished strength and range of motion in my neck and shoulders permanently . ATI in New Castle was a very good experience for me. I've had a lot of PT elsewhere, and find it was generally very much a "cookie cutter" experience. Not here. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, and attentive to my personal goals. Radhika was my main PT, but really, all of them were very helpful.

I've been a client at this ATI several times over the past 15 years for knee, back and shoulder problems. They treat you like family and they really know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Physical trainer Marge Taylor "PHD" is definitely a game changer at your Aiken SC facility. She has not only gone out of her way to explain in detail the physical aspect of my injury, but seems to take a personal interest in everything I do to recover from my injury, and definitely has a plan to get me there. That's a game changer for a man like me at fifty four years of age, and have been to three different locations through other physical training companies.
