Jake, my current PT specialist, is outstanding in every way. The place is a bit understaffed, I considered going back to Aurora, but I really like Jake so I figured i would wait and see because Jake will be unavailable for a good portion of my needs in a week or so. I will see how it goes with my new person but so far 5 stars for the providers, 2 stars for management for being understaffed… if you dont click with your provider, maybe consider other options.
I have had many PT sessions over the years and can honestly say Jake is the best there is! He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a great session based upon his very thorough assessments from the initial appointment as well as the during each session. He listens to what you say and will change the approach as needed to ensure appropriate measures are addressed and acted upon. He thinks outside the box for the best solution for the issue.
