All of the staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They also make sure you have a copy of at home and discharge exercises. I can't rate this facility high enough
Staff are friendly, professional and informative. Explains exercises clearly and listens to questions and answers according to observations.
ATI received our payment on January 17 and then received the same payment from our Blue Cross Blue Shield. The issue is that ATI never informed us that they had received double payment. It was my insurance company that let me know that they had issued a check for the same service that we paid for. I started talking to ATI in October trying to resolve this issue.
