My son has been going here for a few months. The therapists are so nice the girls at the desk especially hope can be so incredibly rude. Listening to petty talk about other people about personal situations to politics is frowned upon in my opinion. Talking negatively about clients and giggling like hyenas about it is pretty unprofessional . When I had to cancel or change an appointment I dreaded calling. Was very pleased with the help I received from everyone at BE ATI in Easley, SC. I especially want to thank Alex, Jonathan, Christine, Bryan, Aaron and Kim, as well as the entire office personnel. Great place to go for PT help.

The clerk at the front desk is rude. She kept saying my dogs weren't service dogs, that I had to get rid of them since others might be allergic to hair that MIGHT be on me. But, another patient had a ESA pig and cat. I asked her not to get in my face because I am severely allergic to cats. So if I have to get rid of my service dog because it was upsetting someone then she has to get of her cat because it made me sick.
