I pulled my hamstring in Dec. and was signed up for a marathon on May 17th. At first I tried resting it for a couple weeks and then tried to go for a run but it was so painful I didn’t even make it 1/4 mile. I stopped by the ATI in Gladstone and they got me started a few day later. The program they laid out was exactly what I needed and I was able to slowly start running again. Jolene and Anthony are pros. They know their stuff and create a fun environment in which to heal and get strong. Can’t recommend them enough.
I initially chose this place because I live really close by, but it turned out I was glad that I did that because they were really great. I was having my left knee replaced. Very professional and very organized (not so much at first but that was quickly corrected). While they push you hard, they work with your abilities. I took my PT very seriously because if you don't, what is the point of having Knee Replacement Surgery, or whatever you are having done? I appreciate that they take my therapy as serious as I did.
