All of the physical therapists had been kind, caring, encouraging, and friendly. I appreciate their patience with me and I’m very grateful for all their support.
I can’t say enough good things about this team. After my knee injury and partial ACL tear, they truly made my recovery possible. I’ve been coming here for 6 months, and everyone has been so supportive and understanding. I worked closely with Brentt, Katie, and Jacob they were all amazing. Worst physical therapist I’ve ever been to. They give you the same exercises every single time and when the condition doesn’t improve, they blame you for it and ask if you want to stop physical therapy. I got no benefit whatsoever from physical therapy here and the dangerous “chiropractic” manipulations they do make it much worse. They also have a very poor attitude and blame you for not recovering.
Brent kerr has literally pulled my fat out of the fire. I had a stroke with left sided weakness and now no one can tell I even had a stroke
Read the fine print. I was not informed that I was being charged more than $200 per visit, even with insurance covering more than half of the full bill. I paid my co-pays of $50 at each visit, and was sent a bill for over $1000 after 6 visits. They should explain the potential cost before any treatment at all. I am a business owner. I would never use this tactic. It is unethical at best.
