Be careful! I have not been there in over 2 months and yet I'm still being charged every 2 weeks. Just called to clear the mistake up and they said it was due to the mobile app and the app is considered "virtual physical therapy". I have NEVER used the app except for the day it was installed! I asked Ella at customer service to pull the app usage and see that I have never once used it- in fact, it's not even downloaded on my phone anymore!
